We are seeking Retail Account Customer Service Agents to join our dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Baguio City Benguet. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our retail clients. As a Retail Account Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive brand experience.
