Export Sales Operations Specialist

We are currently looking for an experienced and analytical Export Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing international trade operations for desiccated coconut, coconut cream, and coconut milk powder.

As an Export Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, supporting sales performance, monitoring market trends, and ensuring seamless coordination across Sales, Logistics, R&D, and Order Management teams. You will also manage Tier 2-3 and House Accounts to ensure excellent customer experience and long-term client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain sales performance dashboards, KPI reports, and pipeline tracking tools
- Monitor sales funnel performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Track commodity pricing, market trends, and competitor activities in global markets
- Prepare market intelligence reports to support strategic business decisions
- Manage Tier 2-3 and House Accounts to ensure smooth order processing and customer retention
- Identify upselling opportunities and support business growth within existing accounts
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development and fulfillment
- Standardize and improve sales workflows and operational processes
- Maintain updated sales collateral, technical data sheets, and product information materials
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Export Sales, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Account Management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or SAP is an advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
- Detail-oriented with strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset
