- Assist in setting up tables and ensuring cleanliness of the dining area.
- Manage the dishwashing process, maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchenware.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to enhance their dining experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in hospitality preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
