Genesys Contact Center Operation

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions, utilizing contemporary development methodologies. Your work will involve continuous learning and adapting to evolving technologies to support the overall success of the projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of software components through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Document software designs and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Strong proficiency in Genesys Contact Center Operation.
- Strong understanding of contact center technologies and their integration with custom software solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components within contact center environments.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and modern software frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to contact center operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and maintainable code.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Genesys Contact Center Operation.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
