Job Hiring: Office Secretary
Location: Valenzuela City & Calamba Laguna
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting an office environment? We’re looking for a dynamic Office Secretary to join our team in Valenzuela City & Calamba Laguna!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and ensure efficient office workflow
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with general administrative tasks, filing, and documentation
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Prepare and process reports, memos, and other necessary paperwork
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office secretary or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- At least 1 year of experience in a related role (preferred)
- Must be residing in or near Valenzuela City & Calamba Laguna
