A Japanese-owned manufacturing company established nearly 26 years ago. It operates as a subsidiary of a multinational group and specializes in producing cooling fans, amplifiers, and other products under well-recognized global brands.
Position: HR Assistant (Compensation)

Work Set Up: Onsite; Monday – Saturday work schedule

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in payroll or a similar HR job (usually 1-3 years).
- With at least 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Amenable to attend interview
- Amenable work on site in SUBIC.
- Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee information in payroll systems, covering personal details, salary adjustments, leaves, and deductions.
- Review and validate employee timecards or attendance records to guarantee correct payroll calculations.
- Respond to and resolve employee inquiries regarding pay discrepancies, deductions, benefits, and other payroll-related matters.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of payroll information in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Utilize HR and payroll software to maintain system accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates.
