- Prepare and serve a variety of tea and related beverages.
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service and promote tea products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea bar area.
- Take customer orders accurately and handle payments.
- Upsell products and suggest pairings based on customer preferences.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a customer service or food and beverage role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong upselling skills and customer service abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency.
- Skills and Competencies: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
