REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English are welcome to apply.
- All Bachelor's degree are welcome to apply, but Business, Management, or any related field is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and no relevant experience.
- Ready to undergo different assignments across various departments as required.
- Ready to conduct field site visits and work in various operational environments as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Track and evaluate designated KPIs, productivity indicators, and operational results.
- Compile business performance updates, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Contribute to projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency, productivity, service standards, and overall performance.
- Access the project output and verify the effect of implemented process development.
- Give support for special initiatives through data gathering, presentation preparation, stakeholder coordination, and progress tracking.
- Manage additional duties and operational tasks assigned by management, including field or site visits when necessary.
- Acquire comprehensive idea of business operations and how various units work together.
