Multi Skilled Technician
Full-time
We Search @ Searchers & Staffers Corp.
-Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, including chillers, boilers, and heat pumps.
-Diagnoses and resolves issues affecting HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and basic civil systems to ensure reliable operations.
-Conducts preventive maintenance activities, including routine inspections, cleaning, testing, and equipment calibration.
-Repairs and maintains electrical wiring, controls, and electronic components associated with HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS).
-Monitors and verifies system performance by checking airflow velocity, air volume, temperature, and pressure readings.
-Provides technical recommendations for HVAC system improvements, upgrades, and design modifications to enhance efficiency and performance.
Qualifications:
-Graduate of a Technical, Vocational, or Diploma program with specialization or coursework in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC).
-Open to fresh graduates.
-TESDA NC II certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or a related field is preferred/required (depending on your hiring requirement).
-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
