Qualifications - Experience in building or property maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair works
- TESDA NC II certification is an advantage
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to be assigned in One Infinite Loop, Pasig City
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of building facilities and equipment
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and air-conditioning repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair building concerns reported by tenants and administration
- Monitor utility systems such as generators, pumps, lighting, and water systems
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for major repair and maintenance works
- Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory of tools and materials
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and property management standards
