Sports and Recreation Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sports and Recreation Manager to oversee the resort's sports, recreation, and leisure facilities while ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Recreation Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in sports and recreation management, preferably in a hotel, resort, or club.
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of sports and recreational facility operations, pool management, and guest activities.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Certified First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification is an advantage.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of sports and recreational facilities, including pools, courts, gym, and activity areas.
Develop and implement recreational programs, sports events, and guest activities.
Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment.
Supervise, train, and evaluate sports and recreation staff.
Coordinate with other departments to support guest events and resort activities.
Monitor inventory, equipment, and operational budgets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
Address guest concerns and ensure high-quality service delivery.
