Area Manager

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee the overall operations, sales performance, inventory, compliance and team management of assigned DMC branches .
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards and SOPs.
- Drive branch sales performance and achievement of targets.
- Supervise and coach Branch Managers and branch teams.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability, transfers and replenishment.
- Ensure proper cash handling, documentation, reporting and branch compliance.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and maintain excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular branch visits, inspections and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with HR, Sales, Marketing, CRP-Inventory, Logistics and Accounting to resolve operational concerns.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, manpower and branch performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in area/branch management, retail, sales or operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented and willing to travel across assigned branches.
