- A barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to customers in a coffee shop or café. Here’s a typical barista job description:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner, take orders, and provide recommendations.
- Beverage Preparation: Brew coffee, espresso, and other specialty drinks; ensure quality and consistency in every cup.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and operate the cash register.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the work area, equipment, and utensils clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
- -With valid original barangay and police clearance
- -Good with customer service is an edge
- -Detail-oriented, and good with customers
- -All gender are welcome
- -Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- -18 years old and above
- -High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- -With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- -Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- -Physically fit
