We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about coffee and delivering exceptional service. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, we provide the training and support you need to succeed and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for every customer.
- Ensure the coffee stall is clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and company standards at all times.
- Complete all required company training and continuously develop your skills.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is an advantage but not required.
- Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, when needed.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
