Join our expanding team as a Customer Service Representative! We need someone with 6+ months of experience who thrives on problem-solving. You will be the frontline of our brand—answering calls, simplifying product information, and turning customer frustrations into positive resolutions. Key responsibilities include managing inbound queries, updating customer accounts, and accurately logging every interaction.
What you'll be responsible for:
Answering inbound calls professionally and with a smile
Explaining products in clear, simple terms
Resolving issues quickly and with care
Helping customers with account updates
Documenting calls accurately
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
