RBQ Food Specialist Inc. / Reyes Barbecue
- Prepare and cook food items on the grill according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness throughout the cooking area.
- Assist in the mise-en-place process to ensure all ingredients and tools are ready for cooking.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and preferences promptly.
- Monitor and control food quality and presentation before serving.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proven cook skill, kitchen hygiene awareness, and effective stewarding abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
