- Manage staff performance, providing coaching and support to team members.
- Develop strategies to enhance branch profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client issues effectively.
- Monitor branch financials and prepare reports for upper management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to develop strategies to meet branch goals
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
