Delivery Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules and routes
- Monitor delivery status and ensure timely completion
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal departments
- Handle delivery concerns, delays, or issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in optimizing delivery processes for efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or any courses
- Proven experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
