Service Delivery Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, oversee project governance, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders across different departments. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, stakeholder management, and reporting skills, with a solid understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring deliverables meet established objectives and business requirements.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks in accordance with organizational policies, processes, and standards.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage stakeholders across departments, align project objectives, and address expectations, issues, and concerns.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and challenges, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Prepare and present executive reports, project status updates, and performance metrics to support management decision-making.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely resolution of project-related concerns.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery, operational efficiency, and overall performance.
• Ensure project outcomes align with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another computer-related course. Management courses with a major in computer studies are also acceptable.
• At least 7 years of experience in end-to-end project delivery and execution .
• At least 7 years of experience in project governance, timeline management, and budget management .
• At least 7 years of experience in stakeholder management .
• Proven leadership experience in managing project teams and coordinating project activities.
• Experience preparing and presenting executive reports, project updates, and performance summaries to support decision-making.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup with 3 days onsite per week .
