Position: IT Project Manager
Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in structured project delivery, stakeholder management, and governance? Do you have hands-on experience managing enterprise-level IT systems and platforms? Job Requirements & Qualifications
Must Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of dedicated IT Project Management experience in enterprise environments
• Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery (initiation to closure) using structured project management methodologies
• Strong background in stakeholder management, governance, and reporting frameworks
• Experience managing software development, automation, and/or RPA projects
• Experience working with Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, Infrastructure Teams, and Automation/RPA Developers
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and release management processes
• Experience handling enterprise systems and platforms such as:
- ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite or similar)
- HRIS solutions
- Networking technologies (e.g., Fortinet, Cato Networks, pfSense)
• Demonstrated experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage project scope, risks, budgets, timelines, and dependencies effectively
Good to Have:
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master)
- Experience in enterprise IT environments with complex system integrations
- Exposure to IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teamsFamiliarity with automation technologies, RPA platforms, and process improvement initiatives
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end project management using structured delivery frameworks
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Governance & Stakeholder Management:
- Establish and maintain project governance structures and reporting cadence
- Manage communication with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
- Provide regular status reports, risk updates, and executive-level summaries
Risk, Issue & Change Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
- Manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost through formal processes
- Ensure proper escalation and resolution of issues
Technical & Systems Oversight:
- Oversee projects involving enterprise platforms (ERP, HRIS, networking systems)
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business and system requirements
Process & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to IT standards, governance, and best practices
- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation
- Support testing, deployment, and transition-to-support activities
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams with a focus on accountability and delivery excellence
- Drive collaboration across business and technical stakeholders
- Promote continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes
