- Conduct field visits to gather data, conduct surveys, or perform inspections.
- Interact with clients, stakeholders, or community members to provide services or collect information.
- Monitor and report on field activities and progress.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
- Assist in the implementation of projects or programs in the field.
- Prepare and submit field reports to management.
- Identify and address issues or concerns raised in the field.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in relevant field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in various field environments.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Physical stamina to perform fieldwork and travel as needed.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Previous field or relevant experience (preferred).
