We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers primarily through Calls —. You will assist customers by providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall
experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Process requests such as account updates, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
- Meet performance metrics including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior with BPO Experience with at least 1 Month
- Newbie's/No experience - College Graduate are still welcome
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
