JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Spanish Bilingual Specialist is responsible for communicating with Spanish-speaking clients and supporting daily business operations. This role includes providing customer service, translating information, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The specialist must be fluent in Spanish and English and capable of delivering accurate and professional communication.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field preferred
- At least 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Sales, or related role is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
