Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field
· With 2–3 years experience in clinic or healthcare facility management
· Knowledgeable in clinic operations, staff supervision, and patient service management
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Experience in PhilHealth processes and healthcare compliance is an advantage
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
Oversees daily clinic operations, supervises staff, and ensures efficient patient service delivery while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
