Job Description About the position: We're looking for a native TikTok/Instagram content creator and marketer who loves and breathes the platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare and cosmetics and understands our target audience. They know who's who in the beauty industry and have the finger on the pulse of skincare and cosmetic forward style — they're a trendsetter, the authority of what in on-trend. They're goal-oriented, results-driven, and work well on a team as well as independently. They are resourceful, engaging, organized, and flexible. They understand the brand’s aesthetics and are able to create content that can be used on multi-channels. They are customer and community savvy and can seamlessly navigate the nuances of the ever-changing TikTok platform. Aside from content creation, they also understand marketing trends and can provide data analytics of TikTok's evolving metrics. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and highly engaging video content to grow our TikTok community and IG video reels.
- Be one of the faces of our company on TikTok to promote and highlight trending/relevant topics for brand awareness, follower growth, and sales conversion
- Able to create two to three TikTok video per day
- Respond and engage in real-time to posts, questions, comments
- Work alongside department stakeholders to ensure that content is aligned with brand aesthetics and identity
- Keep up with the latest social media trends such as but not limited to news, memes, celebrities, music, etc., and find stylish and dynamic ways to promote the brand's ethos
- Extremely tech-savvy, with strong communication skills
- High-level understanding of the TikTok platform and video editing
- Knowledgeable and up-to-date in different social media trends and best practices
- Understanding and ability to speak and report on TikTok's KPIs and metrics
- Able to create one TikTok video per day
- Committed to brand growth and able to perform under pressure.
- Fresh Grad is welcome
- A Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, marketing, or other related fields
- Experience as a content creator in prior roles, creating strong and engaging content
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Proficiency with content management systems and analytics software
- Proficient in Google word, sheets, slides
- Detailed storyboard for video content creation
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented work style with good time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of various analytics platforms
