About the Role
We are seeking for a detail-oriented Data Processor to accurately enter, update, and maintain customer, shipment, and operational data. This role ensures data integrity while providing administrative support to the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain customer and shipment information in company systems.
- Process and verify data related to international and domestic moving services.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies.
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing or updated information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies on data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide general administrative support to daily operations.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years' experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or logistics systems is an advantage.
- Willing to work onsite, Monday - Friday 7AM to 4PM PHT in Cebu City
Technical Requirements
- Reliable laptop/desktop (with at least one backup device)
- Noise-cancelling headset (for interviews and meetings)
- Stable internet connection with a backup (minimum 100 mbps)
