Description - Provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Effectively communicate with team members and management regarding customer feedback.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Assist in training new representatives on best practices for handling Spanish-language support.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a bilingual environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow company policies and guidelines while assisting customers.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for some remote work options.
