WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and warehouse staff.
- Monitor receiving, checking, storing, picking, and releasing of products.
- Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Monitor inventory and ensure accurate stock records.
- Check incoming and outgoing items and deliveries.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to management.
- Assign tasks and monitor the performance of warehouse staff.
- Ensure employees follow company rules and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding warehouse and inventory concerns.
- Prepare basic warehouse and inventory reports.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations , preferably with supervisory experience.
- Experienced in handling and supervising a team.
- Experience using inventory management software such as ECOUNT is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in inventory management and warehouse procedures.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work on weekends or shifting schedules when needed.
