Insurance Coordinator

Autoshield Insurance Agency is seeking a driven and customer-focused Insurance Consultant to join our team! You’ll be responsible for providing expert advice on insurance products, generating new leads, preparing accurate quotations, and ensuring excellent client service from inquiry to policy issuance.

• Advise clients on suitable insurance products based on their needs.
• Prepare and provide accurate insurance quotations and proposals.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Follow up on leads, renewals, and potential clients to meet sales targets.
• Maintain updated client records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Assist clients in completing application requirements and facilitate policy processing.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Previous sales or customer service experience in insurance or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of motorcar insurance products is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
