Description - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
- Provide comprehensive sales support to clients and ensure their needs are met.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and customer preferences.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and overall sales performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of sales experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in customer relationship management tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and public speaking skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to perform sales training and support initiatives.
