- Answer customer inquiries, assist with account registration, and guide frame and lens selection in French and English.
- Verify optical prescriptions to ensure order accuracy, correct lens configurations, and precise parameters.
- Explain prescription details, lens options, and product availability to customers in both languages.
- Resolve customer complaints, handle returns, process refunds, and communicate order tracking updates.
- Log all customer interactions, order details, and support tickets accurately within ServiceCloud.
- Share customer feedback with product and marketing teams to improve website usability and product offerings.
- Bilingual Fluency: Native or professional-level fluency in spoken and written French and English.
- Optical & Prescription Knowledge: Ability to read, interpret, and verify optical prescriptions, lens types, and frame fitting requirements.
- ServiceCloud & Systems Experience: Hands-on experience using Salesforce ServiceCloud (or similar CRM/ticketing platforms) for order management and record-keeping.
- Process & Data Security Adherence: Strict compliance with procedures regarding customer data privacy, confidential records, and financial transaction processing.
- Customer Resolution Skills: Proven de-escalation, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Prior experience in optometry, optical retail, or e-commerce eyewear sales.
- Familiarity with lens coatings, prescription index options, and frame fitting parameters.
- Experience handling international e-commerce returns, exchanges, and shipment tracking platforms.
- Background in omni-channel support (voice, email, web chat) within a BPO or contact center environment.
