Job Requirements
Strictly must meet qualifications
• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role within a manufacturing / production environment
• Open to all genders
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field is preferred
Responsibilities
• Keep production equipment operational with minimal downtime to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations
• Plan and manage subordinate work schedules, delegate maintenance tasks, and coordinate with other departments
• Implement, execute, and monitor scheduled preventive maintenance programs to achieve a 100% PM rate
• Analyze equipment issues and establish preventive actions during overhauling to eliminate equipment failures and unplanned downtime
