Job Description

• Oversee daily IT operations across multiple service center locations to ensure stable, secure, and efficient technology services.
• Maintain the performance, availability, and security of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
• Manage IT assets, software, and technology resources while driving operational efficiency and service reliability.
• Lead the IT support function in delivering responsive and high-quality technical assistance to internal users.
• Establish and monitor service standards and support processes to enhance user experience and operational effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, performance monitoring, and team capability development.
• Support the development of data and reporting solutions that enable informed business decision‑making.
• Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives to improve workflows, efficiency, and operational productivity.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI‑driven solutions to identify opportunities for innovation and business value creation.
• Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with organizational priorities and growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing IT team while fostering a collaborative and service‑oriented culture.
• Partner with business leaders and cross‑functional teams to identify technology needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, partners, and service providers to ensure effective service delivery and performance standards.
• Communicate IT initiatives, priorities, and operational updates to key stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Ensure IT operations comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity standards.
• Strengthen security controls, risk management practices, and business continuity initiatives to safeguard systems and organizational data.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT, including leadership or management experience.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing IT operations and all IT functions including end‑user support, and data‑related services within a corporate or shared services environment.
• Experience in application management and support services is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices such as ITIL.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
