- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, teamwork, and marketing skills; strong attention to detail; capable of public speaking.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, manage sales, conduct sales training, and promote products.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment; flexible hours including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, proactive, customer-oriented, and detail-focused.
