IQVIA seeks a Medical Representative for insulin sales across Manila metropolitan territories. The role involves managing hospital accounts, driving formulary inclusion, and engaging key stakeholders in the healthcare system.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned hospital accounts and drive formulary inclusion strategies
- Engage pharmacists, doctors, and key hospital stakeholders on insulin products
- Execute sales activities across assigned Manila-area territories
- Meet sales quotas and performance targets
- Address customer concerns and resolve complaints through negotiation
Requirements
- Pharmaceutical or biosimilar medical sales experience
- Hospital account management experience
- Proven track record meeting sales quotas
- Knowledge of hospital formulary processes and stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Pharmacy dispensing sales channel experience
- Cardiometabolic/diabetology therapy area experience preferred; high school healthcare diploma or bachelor's degree preferred; valid driver's license with personal vehicle preferred
