Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- Valid Drug Test Certificate.
- Proven experience in clinical laboratory settings.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS).
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests including drug screenings.
- Prepare and analyze biological specimens accurately.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment regularly.
- Document and report test results promptly and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test findings.
- Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.
- Adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines in handling patient information.
