COMPANY DRIVER
Position Overview
We are looking for an honest, reliable, responsible, and professional Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for company personnel, clients, and/or assigned materials. The Driver will be responsible for maintaining the assigned vehicle, following traffic regulations, and ensuring timely and safe travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers, employees, clients, and/or materials to assigned destinations.
- Follow all traffic laws, road regulations, and company safety policies.
- Perform regular inspection and basic maintenance checks of the assigned vehicle.
- Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in good operating condition.
- Plan routes and use navigation applications to ensure timely arrival.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials or luggage when required.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
- Report vehicle problems, accidents, traffic violations, or other incidents immediately.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with passengers and company information.
- Perform other driving-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid professional driver's license appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
- At least 2–3 years of professional driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
- Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Physically fit and capable of assisting with loading and unloading when necessary.
- Honest, reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required.
- Must demonstrate good judgment, patience, and defensive driving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with GPS and navigation applications.
- Experience as a company, family, and delivery driver is an advantage.
- Ability to handle basic vehicle emergencies.
- Professional appearance and courteous attitude.
- Willingness to comply with company policies and safety procedures.
