Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media advertising strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Manage daily ad boosting activities , including budgeting, targeting, and scheduling posts.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics to ensure ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the creative team for content creation, captions, and visuals suited for paid campaigns.
- Research market trends and competitors to improve ad reach and engagement.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on ad performance and spending.
- Supervise the marketing team in executing digital campaigns and promotional activities.
- Suggest and implement new ways to increase online followers, leads, and conversions.
- Ensure all marketing materials and online content follow brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with branches or partner outlets for local promotions or special events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (experience in ad boosting is a must).
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
