Sadsad Tamesis Legal and Accountancy Firm is currently looking for
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work in development of complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company/transaWection analyses.
- Support company valuation engagements by gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial data.
- Conduct industry, market, and company research to support capital market transactions.
- Help prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations.
- Support execution of capital market transactions (equity/debt raises, M&A, restructuring) including drafting materials and coordinating with counterparties
- Identify prospective clients, prepare proposals, and support relationship management
- Track market trends, comparable transactions, and competitor activity and conduct industry and competitive analysis
- Maintain and update internal databases, deal trackers, and CRM systems
- Participate in due diligence processes and data room management
Prepare summary reports and supporting materials for internal and client-facing meetings
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Management, Financial Management, Finance or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience; experience in finance, banking, or valuation are a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint; familiarity with finance modeling is a plus
- Basic understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail; Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to clients or major stakeholders.
