JDE Functional Business Analysts, Mid-Level (For Pooling) Position Description
Job Responsibilities
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and business process workshops
• Configure JDE modules based on business needs and best practices
• Perform gap analysis and recommend standard vs custom solutions
• Translate requirements into functional specifications
• Handle incident & problem resolution (Level 2/3) with root cause analysis
• Conduct impact analysis for releases, ESUs, and patches
• Plan and coordinate UAT, including defect triage and sign-off
• Provide end-user training, SOPs, and documentation
• Collaborate with technical and CNC teams for deployments
• Act as SME for assigned modules during BAU and projects Experience
• 4–7 years of relevant work experience
• JDE E1 9.x
• Project-based or ERP environments Common Modules
• Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA)
• Job Cost / Cost Control
• Procurement & Inventory
• Manufacturing / Asset Management (if applicable) Key Skills
• JDE EnterpriseOne functional configuration
• Business process analysis
• Incident & problem resolution (Level 2/3)
• Impact analysis for releases and patches
• UAT coordination
• End user training & documentation Work Setup/Schedule
• 3 days a week onsite in McKinley, Taguig
