We are seeking 4 qualified PHRN or USRN Medical Coders to join our team in a 100% Work-From-Home setup attached to our MOA, Iloilo, or Cebu sites.

Compensation Package:
Basic Salary: ₱59,175
Coding Allowance: ₱20,000
Total Monthly Package: ₱79,175
Sign-On Bonus: ₱100,000
Qualifications & Requirements
Licenses & Certifications:
Active PRC License (Licensed Philippine Registered Nurse - PHRN) or USRN License
Active CPC (Certified Professional Coder) Certificate
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on Medical Coding experience
Minimum 3 years of bedside/hospital clinical nursing experience
Technical Expertise:
Strong proficiency in ICD, CPT, and HCPCS medical coding systems
Eligibility Restriction:
Must not be a former or current employee of EXL
