Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Coder , you will:
- Review and analyze medical records for accurate coding.
- Assign diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Maintain coding quality and productivity standards.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to resolve documentation issues.
- Support accurate reimbursement through proper coding practices.
Qualifications
To qualify, you must have:
- Active PHRN (Philippine Registered Nurse) or USRN license.
- Active PRC License (for PHRN applicants).
- Active CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification.
- Minimum 2–3 years of medical coding experience .
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- At least 3 years of hospital or clinical bedside experience .
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule from home.

- Must have a reliable internet connection suitable for remote work.
