Product Manager – Ruijie (Cybrey) and Reyee Job Summary The Product Manager will be responsible in overseeing the Ruijie and Reyee product portfolio. The Product Manager will work closely with the principal, sales team, channel partners, and customers to drive product growth through technical enablement, channel development, and strategic product positioning. Job Description

• Manage product pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct product training and technical presentations for dealers, system integrators, and the Sales Team.
• Prepare BOQ/BOM, solution proposals, and provide pre-sales technical support.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and marketing activities with the principal.
• Develop new channel partners and support business growth.
• Monitor inventory, demand forecasts, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate after-sales support, warranty, and RMA concerns.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Pre-Sales, or Technical Sales within an IT distributor or networking company.
• Hands-on experience with networking brands such as Ruijie, Reyee, TP-Link, Cisco, Aruba, Huawei, H3C, EKit, or Sangfor.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, wireless, switching, routing, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and channel management skills.

Work Arrangements

• Work Location: Quiapo, Manila
• Work Shift: Mondays to Saturdays (8:00AM – 5:00PM)
• Work Set-up: Onsite
