Environmental Specialist - Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Environmental Specialist to support our infrastructure
projects by ensuring environmental compliance and sustainable practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Experience in environmental assessments and compliance
- Familiarity with Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) processes
- Strong skills in environmental baseline studies, reporting, and documentation
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop an environmental framework for projects
- Review documents prior to the application of Environmental Compliance Certificates (ECC)
- Prepare Environmental Baseline Reports documenting existing conditions in project-affected areas and communities Identify potential environmental risks and recommend mitigation measures
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate environmental considerations into planning and execution
