General Assistance:
- Support skilled workers by handling tools, materials, and equipment.
- Follow instructions to assist in completing tasks efficiently.
Material Handling:
- Load, unload, and transport materials or tools to designated areas.
- Sort, organize, and stock materials or equipment.
Worksite Preparation:
- Prepare work areas by setting up tools, safety equipment, and other necessary items.
- Clean and organize job sites, removing debris and waste.
- Entry-level roles often require no prior experience.
- Experience in a specific field (e.g., construction, maintenance) may be preferred for specialized roles.
Skills and Competencies:
Physical Stamina and Strength:
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (usually 30-50 pounds).
- Comfortable working outdoors or in various environments.
Attention to Detail:
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficient
