- Assist skilled tradespeople: Provide support to carpenters, electricians, plumbers, or other skilled workers by fetching tools, materials, and cleaning up work areas.
- Perform basic tasks: Assist with tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, loading and unloading materials, and general site cleanup.
- Maintain a safe work environment: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including wearing appropriate safety gear and reporting any hazards.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods; and work in various physical environments (e.g., outdoors, confined spaces).
- Basic Skills: Possess basic hand and power tool skills; ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary; and strong work ethic with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Experience (Optional): Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
