REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and any related courses. Having 3-5 years marketing communications (agency or client side) with a focus on event marketing and virtual events. Knowledgeable in client account management and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Strong understanding of marketing communications, including the planning and execution of both digital and traditional marketing initiatives. Familiarity with Marketo or other marketing automation platforms is highly preferred and considered an advantage. Ability to manage relationships across different stakeholders, work collaboratively and find resolutions for conflicts and issues

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

Support Project Execution Leads in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and events. Assist in campaign setup, project tracking, and ensuring smooth data flow across marketing systems. Coordinate demand generation activities, lead acquisition, lead uploads, and content publishing. Support the execution of virtual and onsite events, including event preparation, registration, and logistics. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates. Ensure marketing data accuracy and maintain campaign records and metadata. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects.
