Respiratory Therapist

- Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen and aerosol treatments.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- Experience Level: Junior: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
- Working Conditions: May require shift work, including evenings and weekends.
