The Role:
As the ERP Consulting Director, you will lead our consulting team in delivering exceptional ERP solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing project management, client relationships, and strategic planning to ensure successful implementation and optimization of ERP systems.
- Lead and manage ERP consulting projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
- Guide the consulting team in best practices and methodologies for ERP implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics to ensure timely delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, with a proven track record in ERP consulting.
- Extensive experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Project management skills.
- Business analysis and process improvement.
- Team leadership and mentoring.
- Client relationship management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
