Job Description
We are looking for dedicated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Food Delivery Account Representatives. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers—handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering top-tier service with every interaction.

Qualifications
Must submit a resume and a valid government-issued ID
High School graduate (college-level education or degree is an advantage)
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
Customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
Amenable to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, or email
Address customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and accounts
Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate complex concerns when necessary
Provide accurate information about services and policies
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
